What’s Inside This Month’s Edition

Faith: Insights and inspiration from my personal growth and spiritual journey. This included completing over 40+ lessons with Quantum Jump course in Mind Valley.

Wellness: This month, I took a hormone hit that brought a rollercoaster of emotions. While I felt immense gratitude for the incredible year, I also found myself down about not hitting one of my three 2024 goals.
- What I realized? Progress isn’t linear, and every goal teaches us something new—even if it’s unmet. Instead of fixating on what didn’t happen, I’m shifting my focus to celebrating the wins and letting the lessons guide my next steps.
- I worked out less than any other month this year—a humbling reminder to extend grace to myself and adjust my wellness routine as needed. Yet, I also reached over 20,000 minutes in workouts for 2024 (my highest EVER)!

- My IG Grew by 2000%+ with 20+ Reels, Reach, Ads, and Carousels
- This INCLUDED my IG ad that is getting 16% CPC AND .20 CPC
- My Email stayed at about 30% Open Rates (well above average of 21% according to Mail Munch.
- I reached an average of 11 minutes on my site compared to industry average of <1 min! (I track Goals on Google Analytics and get Monthly Metrics!)
- I completed over 10 shows on my podcast "Creators and CEOs| and used AI! I share about how I did it for the show on a podcast episode!
- I improved in aligning my actions by purpose, priority and profits and batched even better. I added more "white space" to my calendar.
- I freed up my time further by improving my ManyChat (automated DMs) and Repurpose.IO automations. (In my Creator to CEO Circle and 75+ Tools)
4. Travel:

- Originally, I planned to stay in Bali for two months, but uncertainty about whether my visa extension would be approved made me pivot. I didn’t want to chance it, so I shifted plans to Kuala Lumpur and Vietnam instead.
- Fun Fact: Earlier this year, during a similar visa-related situation, I was gifted $700+ from two strangers—a moment that still fills me with gratitude!
- Through it all, I simplified my days, streamlined my time blocks, and even tackled some major clutter clearing, both physically and mentally.

5. Community: Meaningful connections continue to shape my path. Whether through collaborations, the Creator CEO Free Circle, or one-on-one conversations, this month reinforced the power of shared purpose.

Creator World: What's Next
Levels and layers of growth in Q4 2024 are mind-blowing. It reminds me of a bamboo plant growing underground for up to 10 years before its first harvest. Afterward, bamboo may grow as fast as 3 meters in a day AND have an annual harvest!
Fun Fact: I went to a Bamboo Building Workshop in Bali!
What's Next?
- Clearing Clutter in Dec: This includes clearing e-mail <10 and all my folders, phone <100 videos + pics, + unsubscribing from 25+ creators.
- Wrapping Up Courses: I realized in October I was in 10+ communities. While I love to learn, I challenged myself to level up creating more than I consume even more. I assessed 4+ communities and realized it was time for me to shift including Social Curator, Brands Meet Creators, and Your Travel Influencer Bag. This is NOTHING against these communities. However, I realized where I had duplication across Later Media x ChatGPT AND Social Curators. I recognized where I had consumed and created from Brands Meet Creators to the content that aligned and with a shift in their platform, it was time for me to shift TOO. This not to mention, that I was aligning more to teaching with Jera Bean and One Peak Creative. With Your Travel Influencer Bag, I completed all of the challenge including aligned actions, and realized it was time for me to shift too. This not only cleared space in my mind and inbox and my money by $155 monthly.
- Chaos vs. Cash: I realized how not only in my time, but in my mind and money, I may create chaos. I thought I nipped this habit in the bud several years ago. I recognized how it was creeping back up.
- Time Tracking: In reviewing my time, I LOVE how much better I am now in both prioritizing purpose and profits vs Jan AND batching my time in Inspiring, Transforming, Creating, Scaling, AND Self-Love, Playing, and Traveling. Progress > Perfection
- Love of Learning: In assessing BOTH my annual curriculum AND my time AND accountability, I realized how I was in 10+ programs/courses/freebies. I decided to simplify and minimize to 7 MAX in my 7 Steps to Success e.g. Faith, Wellness, Wealth, Marketing, Business, Travel and Communities. I reached this by end of November with wrapping up Quantum Leaps and Tantra in Mind Valley, Herbalife, Burn with Rebecca, and $0 to $100MM. I am now at 4 areas and now diving deeper into areas of business on the actions like with Maria Wendt! Love her YT channel and Many Chat tutorials!
- 2024 Word x 2025 Word: My word for 2024 was worthy and SO much has come up in opposition. I feel aligned to my word in 2025 being Embody. What is interesting is Journal Reflections from Manifestation Babe came up and her New Year Workshop on Embodiment already! Along with this, its coming up for me to simplify and surrender.
- Simplify Simplify Simplify: I feel like this is key for us all as Creator to CEOs AND Multipassionate Entrepreneurs. In alignment with this, that is why I created this Newsletter that has SO much value in ONE place, creating ONE email out it, ONE show, ONE social media post x channels. The same is showing up for my focus on ONE offer e.g. Creator Bundle with ONE upsell and ONE downsell for 2025 on my way to a revised goal from 2024 of reaching $100k as a Creator CEO and then leveling up. I realized I was scared to say lower goals with a limiting belief of if I say I lower goal, I won't reach a higher goal. Crazy right?! WTF?!
- 2024 Reflections: I reflected on what I am grateful for in 2024 and what worked vs. what I desire to transform in 2025.
- I am aligning to Embody in 2025 with simplicity and surrender. This includes my 2025 Vision x Business x Marketing AND my travels.
- 2024 Year in Review: I shared a recent IG post on @katrinajuliafit on a ChatGPT prompt for you to use so go now! I will share on the blog, email and show in December!
- 2025 Vision: I am focusing on simplicity while not losing focus on BEING my BEST self and DOING what I DESIRE as a Creator CEO. You will see a slight adjustment to this vs prior years (visit my blog at www.fitlifecreation.com/blog and search by "vision" to see the evolution!)
