Faith: I stayed aligned and amplified with faith. I stayed on track with the Wealth Series with Transformation Church watching weekly.

2. Wellness: I stayed stable with workouts in May 5-6x a week fasted cardio + lifting. I added daily dancing with fasted cardio to elevate energy. This included a total of 25 active days. The only time I fell off was during food poisoning in Lombok (first time in years!) I stayed in a condo in Phuket next door to my parents for first few days in May with a gym and close to the beach, bungalow and villa in Ubud with a weekly membership to gym, condo in Nusa Dua with a gym, and villa in Lombok. I stayed consistent with Herbalife Nutrition and healthy eating.
I felt like I moved way too much in May. A large part of this was due to travel with my parents (2 months between Thailand and Indonesia!) so I definitely want to slow done some. I feel like Lombok was a perfect place for me to shift May 21. As of June 3, I am still here. I did move to a place by the beach and love walking everywhere.

3. Wealth: I increased alignment and flow with finances.

a Completed 30+ Emails including scheduling out to end June. Open Rates of 20%+ stayed stable on my emails. Some increased to 35%! including the last Creator Confessions. Scheduled Out 30+ Days.
b. Completed 4+ Blogs in May. The prior work of AI personalization, AI Agents, and prescheduling saved me massively during this time on blogs, outreach, and brands!

This included leveraging Featured.Com to include quotes from other creators, marketers, and founders to expand reach and SEO.
c Long-Form Videos for Creators
With work above, travel with family, and movement every 10 days ish, I gave myself grace and rethinking on my video long form content creation.
I researched studios in Bali and/or videographers that will record my 10 min long form videos with 2-4 cameras with different angles, lighting, and edits for <$100. This will save me over 10 hours alone on the edits. Not to mention, the elevation in quality of my videos, lighting, sound, and edits.
So, in June, I will batch film the long form videos from the Influencer Marketing Blog to current ones. These will be repurposed into my podcast so in June to early July expect several long form videos and shows. I will use AI with OpusClip to clip shorts.
I researched AI videos and Avatars as well for next steps.

- My Inbox is usually <25 but the combination of travel movement, time with family, increased adventures and relationship time, pending items to share on social channels not scaled yet, and getting food poisoning end of May, this culminated in this snowball and increased focus to scale.
5. Travel

- My Travel was a bit cray in May. I learned a lot about my own peace and power in countless ways. I started off the month in Phuket traveling with my parents. I convinced my parents to extend the stay for my own peace, purpose, and play. We stayed at Title Residences until May 3.
- We then flew to Bali on May 3 and stayed in Ubud to May 12 at one of my favorite places to stay - Ubud Sawah.
- We then stayed in Nusa Dua at a 2 story townhome with a community pool, coworking and gym from May 12 - May 21.
- May 21 I decided to fly to Lombok. I visited Gili Air last year for 4 days and knew I wanted to visit Lombok Island for a longer time. I stayed a week at Telescope Villas then moved on May 28 to Birru Inn near the beach. I may extend as I love being near the beach and walkable to everything or I may move to a place for 2 weeks.
- I feel like I need more time to work, clear, scale, organize more especially with the last 2 months.
- At the same time, do want to batch the content long form videos (looking for videographer or studio in Lombok) did not find one yet.

6. Community:
I am continually called to create community online and IRL. Community includes connections, Creator CEO Free Circle, collaborations, or one-on-one conversations, or IRL speaking or workshops or retreats.

Family Spent 2 Months with my parents in Thailand and Indonesia with average 10 day stay in each place (faster than I prefer right now) so precious, priceless, and priveleged. Lots of laughter and love. At the same time, not without its own challenges and circumstances. #ifykyk
Love Some of you may remember I wrote an amazing Modern Datiing Blog in 2024 (one of my most popular blogs lol) I somewhat created space to be open to intentional dating with a mind on committment, engagement, and marriage when I was in Vietnam but ended up not aligning or going on any dates.

When I came back to Indonesia, I opened myself up again with presence, curiousity, and joy.
I ended up being very pleasantly surprised with a connection of over 3 weeks in May that ended up with a first date(s) in Lombok. I felt very present, myself, and embodied.
What I will say for now is that I am very proud of myself first for embodiment, evolving, and evidience especially with vulnerability.
What I will say about the date for for now is Best First Date EVER.

The foundations in 2024 set up the momentum of January - May.
I am SO proud of myself for May in spite of challenges and circumstances.
I did have four down days in May after having violent food poisoning the last Wednesday in May followed by weakness for next several days. It helps that I am 12 hours ahead in Asia than USA. It helps that I use AI personally massively. This helps me mind hack.
I am in Lombok, Indonesia right now until tomorrow - June 15 likely. I will decide if will stay in Lombok longer or go to Bali for a week and depending on my retreat too. My visa (already extended 1 month) does end July 1 either way.
What's Next?
- Travel in Indonesia: Adventures now in Lombok Continue... Beach Time, Coworking Pool and Beach Side, Joining Loka Gym by Thursday, Surfing and Scuba This Week.
- Travel Next: Maybe Thailand or Philippines or Sri Lanka for a Retreat or in general, maybe Bankso Nomad in Bulgaria or Retreat in June (or another stop in Europe), USA in July for Herbalife Extravaganza, maybe Central or South America again OR French Polynesia after (found incredible deal from LA!). So, in a nutshell - a lot of unknowns right now.
