I figured it was time to share it to serve others.

 

Background

I understand exactly how you feel. As a prior corporate executive an avid entrepreneur for all my life (all side hustle until 2011), I’ve found myself feeling confused about who I was, what I wanted, and how to fully serve others with a team.

 

This came to a head in 2014. This was when I first competed in my first fitness show losing over 45 lbs in a year and a half. I did this with the same lifestyle system we include in all of our experiences with tips, tools, technology. Our lifestyle tools include Herbalife #1 Global Nutrition in our healthy active lifestyle tools.

 

With Herbalife and being coached with Team Edge for five months for my first fitness show, I personally realized the power of goal setting, daily habits, and deadlines (nothing like being on stage in a bikini to drive you to get results)! I also remembered this was the same approach I took on often unconsciously with numerous other goals I had achieved. I began to wonder what if I became super intentional and focused on aligning daily actions with being, feeling and having what I wanted alongside a goal and deadlines to help push myself? What if I showed and taught others the same?

 

From a wealth and business standpoint, I also personally experienced the power of story, sharing, and social media. By sharing my story on social media via Facebook, my “side hustle” at the time with #1 Global Herbalife Nutrition brand resulted in 25X growth (now part of all of our experiences, ambassadors, and fundraisers). I realized WOW - there is truly something here with story sharing, transformation, influence, and social media.

 

At the time, I had both a consulting company - Inclusivitie I had created in 2011 that was nearing six figures, and now nutrition. I found myself in a similar full-time/side-hustle situation yet again.

 

Like many entrepreneurs, I found myself confused about my passion, purpose, people and profits.  I dove deep into my spirit, soul, mind and body to truly create the life and business I wanted, the people we wanted to serve, and the influencers we wanted to connect with.

 

I then began to truly recognize and realize what if... what if… my entire life had built up to this very moment.   

 

I am exactly who you are and where you are in many ways.  I had struggled for years in health (yo yo, fads, quick fixes), wealth (even though I am a CPA and generated others 7-9 figure results annually my own money was in chaos until seven years ago step by step, and business (I served in over 7 industries wondering if I had wasted my time realizing it was all building to integrate into what I love!)

 

This past weekend, I competed in my third fitness show since 2014. This marked the four year anniversary of staying stable, living a healthy active lifestyle, and transformation in every area of my life in so many ways. 

 

This past weekend, I began to think about even more the power of being, feeling, and doing daily, identifying and targeting exactly what we want, and setting deadlines.

 

 

 

 

You may imagine the daily discipline it takes to eliminate all excuses and fears to eat the right nutrients and foods consistently, complete workouts, drink enough water, practice posing, and go towards being ready to be on stage for a fitness show. The alignment of everything it takes each and every time got me thinking compared to other goals, and how to help speed up transformation.

1: DAILY HABITS

 

This may reframe your mind to focus on the changes to speed up transformation. One of the biggest reasons I get is "not enough time". This is a mindset and we make time for what we want to make time for. A great place to start is look at how much time you spend on TV and Social Media to name a few. Social Media may be business builders, but it may also easily become a time suck. A great app to use is "Moment" to track your screen time. You will be amazed at how much time you truly have.

 

In the last three months alone, I've regained over 3 hours a day from social and phone use. I am now a hawk when it comes to watching how and where I spend my time.

 

Ask yourself which habits are helping you move towards what you want, and which ones aren't?

 

 

Habits:

How about modifying one habit for another?

 

Heath:

Like going for a walk in nature without your phone vs. being on your phone for over an hour?

 

Wealth:

Like reviewing personal expenses and if all your spending goes towards creating what you want?

 

Business:

Like taking a step towards creating the brand you want (social, blog, website, video, course)?

2: IDENTIFYING TARGETS

 

This may help you easily implement transformation in areas of your life! Get clear on what you want in health, wealth, and business. How do you want to feel? How do you want to be? What is success to you? Do you want financial freedom? Do you want to create a life and business you love? What sacrifices are you willing to make? What transformation will you undergo to go towards your targets?

 

I speak from both experience and helping others that knowing what you want will help drive your actions. The transformation you will make will blow your brain. Myself and my life look nothing like it did seven years ago. How far are you willing to go?

 

Create Your Life:

Let yourself dream again. What is your ideal life? What is "success" to you? What is your ideal day? Where would you live? How often would you travel? How would you impact?

 

Heath:

How about how you would love to feel first? How about images that help you identify your ideal state? How about where you would love to be in 30 days? In 90 Days? In a year? Remind yourself that you didn't get here overnight and you will not get where you want to go overnight.

 

It took me a year and a half to lose over 45 lbs. when I finally did it and kept it off. How about how you would love to feel about money? What is your ideal profession? What would you love to do? How would you love to make money? Who is your ideal client? Who is your ideal community? How would you love to give back? What is financial freedom to you? What steps could you take to get there today? I am a Certified Public Accountant, and for years helped others make 7-9 figures. I got to six figures, and at the same time my own money was in chaos and I was in debt. Until seven years ago, I was terrified of truly dealing with and organizing my own money. I realized that it wasn't only me. That we are not taught to have a healthy financial relationship. 3: DIVINE DEADLINES

 

What I call divine deadlines is from the inside out setting deadlines for yourself that drive you divinely. I have been wired like this for a long time. I wouldn't need bosses in the past to push me to a deadline. I would set a project to solve a problem and propose a deadline. This helped me drive divine deadlines way in advance of expectations. I also would (and still do) put intense pressure on myself. I've learned to shift more and set intentions - the energy behind a deadline, how I want people to feel, what I will complete, and by when. 

 

With the fitness show, I made the decision in January to compete again. Initially, I was going to do a show in May. However, with several things going on I felt the timing was off and in May switched to July. 

 

On a business level, recently I decided to do our In a Day Series and set deadlines to complete each part e.g. outline, templates, recordings, behind the scenes, pages online, offer, and marketing. This was completed on the schedule I created. I currently an doing the same for an upcoming course - Money Maker that will be released week after next.

 

Each of our courses include a five week course with three months in our mastermind - Creation Club. This also includes tips, tools and technology with our lifestyle tools in health, wealth and business!
